Star Wars Battlefront allows individuals to take to the sky and fight the enemy in airborne combat. Regardless if you are an Imperial or Rebel, fighting foes in the air is an absolute treat. But taking the fight to the air requires one to collect an airship token which happens to be found in select modes and select maps.
This portion of the IGN Star Wars Battlefront wiki guide will showcase the locations of Vehicle Tokens and respective maps.
Below are a list of game modes which utilize vehicles within gameplay:
Supremacy[edit]Jundland Wastes[edit]
Should you spawn as an Imperial soldier, head forward and notice the vehicle token that spawns right in front of you.
Multiple allies will spawn directly next to you so if you wish to collect the vehicle token, use the jet pack to increase your chances in collecting the token first.

Utilized vehicles on this particular map include: X-wings, A-wings, Tie fighters, and Tie interceptors. This IGN wiki guide includes several vehicle Tips and Tricks which you should definitely check out.
Outpost Beta[edit]
Like other maps in this video game, the vehicle token found within Outpost Beta spawn directly in front of you - should you spawn as an Imperial soldier.
Notice in the picture below that the vehicle token has spawned above a small boulder.

The vehicles used on this particular map include the following: X-wing, Snowspeeder, AT-ST, Tie Fighter.
Sorosuub Centroplex[edit]
Immediately after spawning as a Rebel fighter, head down towards the valley of lava located at the bottom of the map.
Proceed down the valley and you will pass the Rebel Hero token. Slightly beyond that token you will notice the Rebel vehicle token.

Remember, vehicle tokens spawn very close to you once the match begins. That said, you might want to dash your way towards this location should you desire the vehicle token.
Forest Moon of Endor[edit]
Individuals who spawn as an Imperial soldier will grant access to an AT-ST, should you collect a vehicle token.
Once you spawn, head down the map and traverse through the empty creek bed. Beware as traveling down this path leaves you highly susceptible to enemy fire.

Should you still be alive, collect the vehicle token located within that very creek bed and destroy the enemy.

Walker Assault[edit]Jundland Wastes[edit]
Assuming you've spawned as an Imperial fighter, make your way towards the AT-AT's.
Once you've made your way slightly towards the Imperial walkers, grab the vehicle token which happens to be plain in sight.

Several Imperial vehicles may be utilized in Jundland Wastes such as: Tie fighters, AT-ST's, and AT-AT's.
The Forest Moon of Endor[edit]
On The Forest Moon of Endor, Rebel fighters are not given many options in regards to vehicles that pack a powerful punch. For example, Imperial fighters in Walker Assault mode on The Forest Moon of Endor are given the opportunity to pilot an AT-ST.
Rebel soldiers, on the other hand, are only allowed to pilot a speeder bike, which to be fair can blast an enemy or two, but hardly does any conceivable damage toward a particular enemy.
In order to access the land speeder as both, Imperial or Rebel, head straight for the creek bed which is located outdoors.
Spawning as an Imperial soldier on The Forest Moon of Endor means you’re allowed to pilot some heavy machinery. Should you spawn Imperial, head straight for the creek bed located outside and you shall find an AT-ST vehicle token. Grab it and blast a few Ewoks or two.
Sorosuub Centroplex[edit]
Sorosuub Centroplex in Walker Assault mode provides vehicles for both Rebel and Imperial fighters. For instance, those who are Imperial forces may choose to pilot an AT-ST.
Rebel soldiers, on the other hand, are secluded to an aircraft vehicle such as the infamous X-wing.

Should you spawn as a Rebel trooper, head right for the station with several tall cylinder platforms. Within that particular area you will find two vehicle tokens. Quickly grab one of these tokens and take the battle to the sky.
Outpost Beta[edit]
The battle on Outpost Beta in Walker Assault mode usually takes a bit of time before vehicles spawn for both allies and enemy forces.
Those who spawn as Rebels may use A-wings and Snowspeeders, while Imperial soldiers can take advantage of an AT-ST and possibly the AT-AT.

As mentioned before, vehicles on this particular map usually spawn towards the latter half of the battle. That said, individuals who spawn as Rebel troops should head straight for the vehicle depot and dash towards the East exit and notice the vehicle token happens to be located next to a stationary blaster.
Graveyard of Giants[edit]
Graveyard of Giants allows both teams to utilize aircraft vehicles. However, Imperial fighters do possess more of an advantage against the Rebels considering Imperials forces may also pilot AT-STs.

Should you spawn as a stormtrooper, head straight for the graveyard which is located directly in the middle of the map.
Once you’ve reached this section of the map, look north-east (towards the tail-end of the star destroyer), and you will find one vehicle token.

DICE-developed multiplayer shooter Star Wars Battlefront receives a new offline game mode in the form of Skirmish, alongside a number of other changes.
It’s fair to say that offline Star Wars Battlefront players may have found little to keep them occupied. The game very much has a focus on multiplayer, so much so that John Boyega has even decried the game’s lack of single player story mode. Thankfully, offline players did have something to look forward to when the offline Skirmish mode was revealed, and the new game mode has promptly arrived.
Skirmish comes courtesy of a new patch for Star Wars Battlefront, which has appeared today. The new mode allows for players to take part in split-screen co-op, as well as single player against bots, for both Fighter Squadron and Walker Assault game modes.
This new Skirmish mode is not the only addition to Star Wars Battlefront with this new patch, either. Alongside Skirmish, DICE has also made a number of minor changes to the way the game works, including fixes for weapons and removing certain bugs. Meanwhile, a number of Heroes have also seen a tweak, including Lando, Dengar, and Boba Fett.
Although Star Wars Battlefront was clearly designed with a multiplayer focus in mind, this vision was perhaps a little enforced. EA Studios boss Patrick Soderlund has confirmed that Star Wars Battlefront was developed with a particular goal: making sure that the game’s release aligned with the launch of Episode VII: The Force Awakens. Because of this, a greater depth of gameplay appears to have been pushed aside in favor of making sure that the game that released was of as high a level of polish as possible.
Making offline players happy is no doubt in DICE and EA’s best interests, and could perhaps rekindle some of the Star Wars Battlefront player base. The title has seen a tremendous drop-off in players, so much so that the game is being roundly beaten in daily users by Battlefield 4. Indeed, Battlefield 4 has 50% more daily players than Star Wars Battlefront.

Developer DICE is moving on from Star Wars: Battlefront to focus on the sequel, the studio said in a blog post this week. This is to be expected, given that game is coming out later this year--and it sounds pretty ambitious. It will feature content from multiple Star Wars eras and include a single-player campaign, among other new additions.
Also in the blog post, DICE confirmed there is 'no future Skirmish content' planned for Battlefront. Released in July 2016, Skirmish lets you play the Walker Assault and Fighter Squadron modes offline, by yourself or with a friend via local split-screen. The rest of the sides are filled out with bots.
What this means is there won't be Skirmish content available for Battlefront's other modes and the maps they are associated with. That's kind of a bummer, though people who want to play offline and in split-screen can still do so through the co-op missions, which can be a lot of fun.
Regarding Battlefront 2, or whatever EA decides to call the sequel, DICE said, 'We look forward to sharing more with you later this year and thank you for being such a tremendous support of our work in a galaxy far, far away.'
The Battlefront sequel is due out this holiday, presumably for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. During an earnings call last night, EA CEO Andrew Wilson said the game is even 'bigger' than the 2015 original, featuring more locations and hero characters. It is being made by DICE, Motive Studios, and Criterion. We'll report back with more details on Battlefront 2 as they become available.
The original Battlefront was a big hit, though some people lamented that it did not offer a very deep experience. It shipped 14 million copies.
